• Years of relevant PeopleSoft HCM experience in building Peoplesoft systems using People Tools • Proficiency in people Tools, People Code, App Designer, App Engine, App Package, Integration Broker, PS Query, and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including diagnosing and resolving issues related to workflows, batch processes, and system performance.
• Should have very good functional Knowledge in Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Compensation & e-Performance.
o Strong experience o Integrations – 3rd party (inbound & outbound) o Security Administration o Query Manager • Strong debugging skills using People Code Trace, SQL Trace, and App Engine logs.
• Motivated, self-starter with great interpersonal skills to work with distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and deliver timely results.
