Your role.
The Reporting Professional in Compensation Americas will play a crucial role in analyzing, reporting, and interpreting compensation data to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with internal and external compensation policies.
This position requires a strong analytical background, proficiency in data reporting tools, and the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation information.
Key Responsibilities.
Data Analysis & Reporting.
Develop, maintain, and enhance compensation reports and dashboards to provide insights into compensation trends, equity, and effectiveness.
Analyze compensation data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation records and reporting.
Compensation Metrics & Benchmarking.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Maintain and update compensation metrics and salary structures in alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
Compliance & Audit.
Ensure that compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with local HR to define metrics and legal requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
System Management.
Utilize compensation management systems and tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
Collaborate with HRIS teams to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and system updates for Americas and Global Varian.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Partner with HR, finance, and other departments to support compensation-related projects and initiatives.
Provide support and guidance on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
Project Management.
Lead or participate in regional compensation projects, such as pay equity studies, compensation redesign, or new compensation program implementations.
Collaborate with global compensation teams to align regional practices with global strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications.
•             Education & Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation/people analytics or a similar role, with a focus on regional or international compensation practice.
•             Skills.
Advanced Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.
., Excel, Power BI, Q-lick Tableau).
Advanced Proficiency in English.
