PAYROLL TEAM LEADER

FUNCTIONS.
• Establishes the strategy and organizes the team of focal points in the activities of the localities.
• Coordination of payroll processing (incidents, calculation, validation, payment, accounting, stamping of payroll receipts) • Execution, control and monitoring of weekly payroll payments • Parameterization of the checking system to receive incidents • Payroll and accounting reconciliation • Identification, correction and validation of CFDI's & SAT payroll viewer • Attention to audits, execution and preparation of various reports, controls and information.
REQUIREMENTS.
• 5 years of experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resources or related field • English.
Intermediate - Advanced • Knowledge of LFT, LISR, IMSS and Infonavit • Attitude oriented towards attention and solutions to collaborators • Use of payroll systems – preferably Peoplesoft or similar • Parcel Management Office • Knowledge of SAP SKILLS REQUIRED Oriented to provide results and solutions to the client Effective verbal and written communication to have contact with the production area, Teamwork Proactive with an attitude to learn, analyze and propose new solutions.
