Join our team in Querétaro as a Payroll Specialist ! In this essential role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for multiple companies, adhering to high standards of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to gather critical information needed to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
We value confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information, as well as the skills to manage multiple daily and weekly deadlines efficiently.
Come be part of a dynamic and dedicated team!     HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   Payroll Processing Process payroll for + employees across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, including plants and salaried staff.
Calculate and process payments such as new hires, pay adjustments, short-term disability, and leave of absence.
Compliance & Accuracy Ensure payroll aligns with union and state regulations; issue onsite checks as needed.
Review and audit garnishments, vendor payments, and legal compliance with high accuracy and timeliness.
Collaboration & Support Serve as a liaison for Corporate Payroll, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage Service Now tickets, handle escalations, and assist employees with payroll inquiries.
Documentation & Reporting Create and maintain payroll procedures; support account reconciliations and prepare audit materials.
Provide Dayforce support and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
Communication & Confidentiality Communicate professionally on sensitive matters, ensuring confidentiality of employee records.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries, providing guidance on deductions, benefits, and direct deposits.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS   Basic Requirements.
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in payroll or a similar role Intermediate accounting skills, especially with large spreadsheet reconciliations Ability to interpret complex legal and tax information Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data Preferred Qualifications.
