PAYROLL PROFESSIONAL

Activities.
Participate in processing of semi/complex payroll information among team members.
Manage weekly payroll incidences in Peoplesoft Payment of special incentives, SIPASS & Time Block interface, Give customer service onsite Preparation of kpi's and special reports to factory Finance team.
Participate in planning of company specific payroll configurations for mergers, acquisitions or integrations.
Interface with HRIT to ensure semi/complex integration requirements are properly communicated and implemented.
Reconcile semi/complex payroll G/L accounts.
Respond to semi/complex inquiries from clients or employees.
Process routine garnishment orders, withholding orders or levies including facilitating payments to agencies.
Qualifications.
Intermediate English Bachelor´s in Accounting, Human Resources or related field.
