PAYROLL INTERN
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
Provide support in the payroll process and help to ensure that all payments are made correctly and on time while complying with all federal and state regulations.
RESPONSABILITIES
Support in the document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
Report payroll problems and changes to management.
Verify that employee pay corresponds to hours worked.
Review payroll data for inefficiencies and errors for correction.
Respond to employee questions about wages and taxes.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Administration, Bachelors degree in Finance, Public Accountant or related career.
Advanced English.
Knowledge of federal labour law.
Knowledge of IMSS INFONAVIT.
Software from Microsoft.
Payroll software.
