as a payroll coordinator, you are a liaison between the human resources department and the finance department since both have a stake in payroll operations.
o supervise pre-payroll process o perform payroll process.
o capture of vacations, permits, disabilities in payroll system.
o calculate and ensure the correct payment of chirstmas bonus, profit and employee final payments.
o handle and manages idse movements.
o manage and calculate sua payments (monthly & bi*monthly) o calculate of variable salaries and submit to the imss.
o perform annual salaries changes.
o calculate and submit fonacot monthly payment.
o • generate payroll accounting policy.
o • prepare and submit payroll and hq reports
