Responsibilities.
The Payroll Analyst 2 performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations organization.
Creates and implements internal procedures and business requirements.
Creates and manages the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications.
Develops and implements user application test plans; Executes test plans and identifies discrepancies.
Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as needed.
Interprets data and makes recommendations.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications.
0-2 years relevant experience Demonstrated understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
Specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
Education.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Se requiere experiencia en cálculos de impuestos sobre la nómina (IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, timbrado) Carreras Contables / Financieras Inglés intermedio, deseable.
El nivel de la posición es junior / C10 Nivel académico.
