Attention and correct preparation of logistics prior to the arrival of patients via telephone and e mail.
Reception of the various patients in the different clinics and hospitals were the patients are cared for.
Attend to the needs of patients regarding treatment and logistics,as well as assistance in case of requiring translators,special transportation,and recommendation of places to visit during their stay in Cancun.
Correct programming and logistics of transportation and schedule of care for each one of the patients in the various locations where they are picked up or delivered,including their hotels and airport.
Calendar management in conjunction with the laboratory personnel plus treating physicians.
Get to know how the treatments works to understand the operation in a full extent.
Look after the interestsofthecompany.
