Our Partner Engineering team is dedicated to enhancing, evolving, and scaling our integration ecosystem across various business areas.
Partner Engineers operate at the crossroads of product development, engineering, and relationship management to help our partners achieve seamless integrations that enhance user experiences.
In this role, you’ll act as the technical liaison between Uber and our external partners.
You will collaborate closely with these partners to integrate our technologies, products, and services into their platforms, fostering innovation and improving user experiences.
You’ll use your technical expertise to understand partner needs, provide guidance and support, and develop tailored solutions.
You’ll also explore ways to scale these solutions effectively.
This position demands excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for cultivating strategic partnerships.
**What You'll Do:** - Technical Integration.
Partner with strategic allies to incorporate Uber’s technologies, products, and services into their platforms, ensuring smooth compatibility and functionality - Solution Development.
Create customized solutions and integrations to address partner needs, utilizing APIs, SDKs, and other tools - Technical Support.
Offer technical guidance and support throughout the integration process, tackling any challenges or issues that arise - Relationship Management.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as the main contact for technical discussions and support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work alongside internal teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and business development, to align on partner integration needs and deliver high-quality solutions - Product Feedback.
Collect feedback from partners on Uber’s products and services, advocating for their needs and driving product enhancements - Documentation and Training.
Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support partner integrations and knowledge transfer - Technical Expertise.
Stay current with Uber’s latest technologies, products, and industry trends, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and external partners - Process Improvement.
Review existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and adjust as needed - Scaling Operations.
Implement scalable systems and tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations, working with internal teams to align with company objectives **What You'll Need** **Basic Qualifications** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in an external-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, API Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Integrations Engineer - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - Proficiency in English - Strong knowledge of APIs and related technologies - Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analytics skills - Experience with Python programming, particularly in data analysis **Preferred Qualifications** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset ![GPTW_small_(2)](https://uber.
