bout the RoleWe're seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to support our growing Paid Media team.
Reporting to the Account Director, this role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for our healthcare clients' paid media campaigns.
hat You'll Do Every Day Maintain and update reporting sheets across client accounts Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for client accounts Track and validate data accuracy across multiple platforms Support account teams with campaign analysis and recommendations Monitor budget pacing and performance metrics Assist in developing quarterly performance reviews Collaborate with team members to ensure data alignment What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of experience in paid media analytics or related field Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools Strong understanding of paid search and social advertising platforms Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Healthcare industry experience preferred What Success Looks Like Deliver accurate, timely reports that drive strategic decisions Identify meaningful insights that improve campaign performance Maintain high data quality standards across all accounts Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Unlimited PTO and paid company holidays Fully remote work environment Virtual team-building events Professional development opportunities Work Environment Requirements Reliable internet connection Dedicated home office workspace Ability to attend virtual meetings using Google Meet Proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack Why Join Webserv?
