What you will be doing.
Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.
., sales) and external (e.
., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required) What you will likely bring.
