We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant to join our team permanently.
The ideal candidate is a consummate professional who thrives in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborates with clients to deliver state-of-the-art Oracle solutions.
This role focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement Applications.
Key Responsibilities.
Use in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement Applications and industry best practices to consult with clients, providing cost-effective solutions to solve business challenges.
Deliver high-quality customer support by assisting client teams in resolving day-to-day system issues.
Troubleshoot client issues by performing research, opening SRs, conducting system testing, and configuring systems.
Collaborate with client teams on system upgrades, including configuration, testing, and end-user training.
Proactively improve support processes by suggesting efficiencies, documenting common issues, and creating workarounds to minimize future support requests.
Refine and document detailed customer requirements, presenting them for client approval.
Apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving system issues.
Work directly with Oracle to resolve service requests.
Participate in team training to stay updated on Oracle Cloud functionality.
Required Skills and Experience.
Minimum of 10 years as an Oracle Functional Consultant, including 2+ years in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
Expertise in Oracle Procurement Applications of Oracle Cloud, with a proven track record of completing two or more end-to-end Cloud Procurement implementations.
Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred).
Strong consulting experience with business analytical skills to gather and document requirements, troubleshoot, configure systems, and manage testing.
Proven ability to manage Oracle service requests and provide timely solutions to clients.
Experience guiding clients through business process improvements and solving operational challenges.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, work independently, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Prior project management experience is an advantage.
High-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
