We are currently searching for an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead.
Responsibilities.
Gather business requirements, document them, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
Configure Enterprise structures, Payroll, Benefits, and other foundational setups.
Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications with the Area of Responsibility.
Work with Oracle HCM Security setup, including roles and security profiles.
Troubleshoot issues related to employment/person flow.
Utilize Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and personalize them using VBCS.
Configure Oracle Journeys based on business needs.
Requirements.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and support projects.
Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Benefits.
Ability to work with Oracle HCM Security setups.
Knowledge of Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and VBCS for personalizations.
Understanding of Oracle Journey configurations.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
