Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Sr Consultant , you will have the ability to
share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the

people, and society.   Qualifications: •        
7+ years of
experience with functional support or implementation in Oracle Fusion Benefits
or Compensation. •        
Experience
implementing / supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits in all phases on two full
implementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing). •        
Ability to
understand business requirements and interfaces. •        
Experience in
functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and supporting existing
functionalities and integrations with other systems. •        
Experience in
configurating rates and coverages (standard and variable profiles). •        
Experience in
creating benefit life events (collapsing rules). •        
Experience in
configurating and/or maintaining plan types, options, plans, and programs. •        
Experience in
creating and/or modifying and/or understanding fast formulas. •        
Experience in
payroll balances for benefits elements. •        
Experience in
configurating and/or modifying eligibility profiles (derived factors,
user-defined criteria, etc). •        
Creation and
maintenance of flexfield. •        
Experience in
personalizing and branding the Oracle Fusion HCM Ui pages. •        
Excellent English
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with clients and team members. •        
Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and
adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape. •        
Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business
requirements into effective solutions. •        
Ability to work
independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. •        
Preferred: Oracle
