Be part of #TeamViva and achieve greatness with us! Operations & Maintenance Transformation Business Partner This role serves as a strategic advisor and in-house consultant, supporting operational and maintenance initiatives.
You’ll structure projects, analyze complex challenges, and collaborate with the COO and leadership to deliver strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic project plans for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) initiatives.
Conduct analysis to support decision-making and project objectives.
Perform data analysis and financial modeling to drive operational efficiency.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and success.
Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
Monitor and report the progress of O&M strategic initiatives.
Lead O&M transformation initiatives, mentoring junior team members.

Monterrey, MX.
(open to Base CDMX) Education.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience.
5+ years in consulting, commercial, or strategy roles in related industries.
Skills.
Proficient in Spanish and English.
Experience with stage-gate methodology, financial modeling, and O&M analysis.
Proven ability to build relationships and align stakeholders.
Familiarity with automated governance platforms (preferred).
