We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing critical operational tasks such as order creation, shipment activation, load consolidation, appointment scheduling, track and trace, and routine event management.
Your focus will be on ensuring data integrity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities.
Execute operational tasks such as order creation, shipment activation, and load consolidation, following established policies and procedures.
Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in CHR systems.
Monitor load boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.
Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet service level agreements and resolve routine issues.
Document key events and communicate information to resolve problems effectively.
Focus on customer needs, provide excellent service, and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Requirements.
Degree in a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in customer service.
Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy.
Appreciation for a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Availability for Evening and Night Shifts Benefits.
