Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.
Create detailed documentation and reports on omni-channel processes and customer interaction metrics.
The Profile You have at least 10 years experience, ideally within a Digital Transformation / Change Management or Software Engineer role.
