This role is crucial to support and enable the operations team through effective administration and organisation of our York facility.

You will be the key point of contact for all things Office and administration for York.
Job PurposeAs the Administrator you are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment.
You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the office and wider company.
Key Responsibilities.
Organising meetings and managing calendarsBooking transport and accommodationOrganising company events and conferencesKeep stock of office supplies and IT equipment and place orders when necessaryManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Preparing letters, presentations and reportsProcessing invoices and managing office budgetsImplementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systemsFacilitating the induction of new employeesSupporting with Bid administration or tenders.
nsuring that health and safety policies are up to dateAssist colleagues whenever necessary Qualifications & Experience Experience in an administrative roleKnowledge of administrative software packagesGood interpersonal and time management skillsBasic accounting skills Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Reliability and discretion.
