Marketing Specialist Oracle Mexico We’re looking for a passionate and talented person who will join our team that position Oracle NetSuite in Latin America for.
We’re the right piece to connect strategic areas across region and you can be part of it! This includes the Oracle NetSuite strategic planning, digital and presential activities, virtual team collaboration, and metrics monitoring and reporting.
anage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; The Marketing Specialistwill work closely with all the NetSuite Marketing team, and their actions will be focused in México market and must helping to drive the campaign designed for regional demand generation, identifying targets, value propositions and, use cases to drive transformational growth for the LOB.
The Marketing Specialist will define, support and execute activities working closely with marketing peers, such as On site and digital Events, Advertising, Communications, Social, Content, PR, CRM , Customer Care Activities, and Channel support , and must be aligned with Marketing Operations, Business development consultants and Sales Team, to ensure the best execution of the strategy.
The role will be reporting to the NetSuite PR and Events LatinAmerica Manager Key Responsibilities Be focused in the Marketing metrics Develop the communication to promote NetSuite platform Integrate and execute digital and presential campaigns to drive NetSuite strategy Support PR and Media activities for Latin America Identify industry or organizations alliances, Design and execute the strategy with it Work closely with the global teams to be aligned with the global NetSuite Marketing Campaign Planning connecting all pieces in collaboration with Regional Marketing, Campaign Management & Metrics Analysis.
Management Campaigns in Wrike, Ensure all campaigns are available and communicated the results to key stakeholders; drive collaboration, management activities in Wrike and best practices sharing among all teams via virtual team calls.
Sales Enablement Communications.
Work closely with sales to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned to sales objectives and communicated to sellers for activation.
Support Purchase orders, compliance approvals, and different process required to execute each campaign.
Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years in Software/Technology marketing or marketing B2B ; Digital Campaigns, events and Branding background helpful; Experience in strategy, planning, and integrated marketing campaigns across teams; Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning of modern marketing activities, execution experience of digital campaigns; Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential; Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated; Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes; Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required; A keen attention to detail is highly preferred; Strong organizational, project management and communication skills are required; Expertise in modern marketing best practices; Analytical skills Fluent English and basic Portuguese (nice to have) Ability to work on a cross regional team and with remote management Career Level - Career Level - Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management.
Assist subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions.
Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches.
Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans.
Working alongside more senior staff and management provide budget input for channel marketing projects and activities.
Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices.
Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed.
Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives.
Provide effective performance management.
set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year.
Use professional concepts, company policies/procedures and creativity on Oracle / Partner assigned initiatives.
Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
