rofile and main responsabilities:-Bachelor’s Degree preferred in the following subject areas.
Computer Science, Information Technology or related.-8-12 years of experience providing Support.
ET.-Experience in supporting applications built on MVC application architecture , ASPNETand Libraries, HTML\/CSS\/JS, AJAX,AWS\/Azure.?-Broad understanding of the.
ET web technologies and SQL or PL\/SQL debugging and bug fixes on these technology stack.-Analytical skills to understand business functionality relationship to code base and stored procedure in RDBMS.-Past exposure to Tax and Accounting or Invoice product support will be added advantage for this role.-Ability to document bugs as ADO stories and familiar with git hub version control tools.-Strong customer service, problem solving, technicaland communication skill to manage triage calls with business users and incident managers.-Strong ITIL experience.?-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
