MISSION.
Organize logistics planning and shipping operations in accordance with the commitments made to customers, seeking the optimal balance between service level, costs and stocks.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Plan and optimize loads according to delivery dates, degree of compliance and customer requirements.
Analyzes and treats anomalies.
Organizes transportation (chartering and slot reservation) according to needs.
Ensures availability and regulatory compliance of all transportation, billing and customs documents.
Validates purchase invoices and resolves discrepancies.
Monitors the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
Proactively alerts customers of any events, delays or errors related to the service commitment, and seeks a solution for the customer.
Applies corrective actions to the applications involved.
Contributes to continuous improvement by improving work methods, results and customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
Bachelor’s degree.
+1 year of experience in international trade activities (export).
