responsibilities.
1.
develop and update mro purchasing procedures based on company policies and quality plan.
2.
make the initial contacts for the introduction of new products and participate in the negotiation process.
3.
evaluate workloads and distribute purchase orders among your buyers.
4.
attends to the solution of conflicts that surpass the levels of action of the buyer, (such as change of standard costs, etc.).
resolves and expedites delayed purchase orders and obtains authorization for supplier changes.
5.
develop cost reduction programs.
6.
makes evaluations performance ofsubordinates and creates relevant development plans.
7.
