Blue Yonder is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and execute visual designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media, social media graphics, website design, events and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across all platforms and mediums.
Manage the design review process, ensuring designs meet project requirements and timeline.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure designs are innovative and engaging.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Role Contribution.
· Enhance Blue Yonder’s market presence through innovative and visually compelling designs.
· Contribute to the strategic marketing goals by delivering high-quality creative content.
· Drive consistency and high standards in the brand's visual output across all platforms.
Qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
4-8 years of professional graphic design experience in-house at a technology, SaaS or engineering company; or at an advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software; Figma a strong plus.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative thinking across various media channels.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
