engineering team by making architectural and design decisions, guiding team
members in technical matters and system modifications. Your team will be expected
to take ownership of the products you work on and actively embrace improving
how you achieve outcomes. You will have great opportunities to grow as ATG
continues to expand, integrate, and build new products.
Primary
Responsabilities:
1.
Design,
develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using
Java and Kotlin.
2.
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver
high-quality solutions.
3.
Conduct
code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and ensure code quality and
security standards are met.
4.
Maintain
and monitor business critical platforms and services.
5.
Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal
performance.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of Software
development experience
2. Solid Java experience
(2+ years).
3.
Experience with front-end technologies such as
JavaScript, React, Next.js etc.
4.
Experience implementing RESTful APIs,
microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
5.
Can articulate and implement best practices and
software design patterns.
6.
Solid understanding of database technologies,
including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
7.
Interest
in learning new technologies and languages as necessary.
8.
Willingness
to embrace emerging AI technologies as a primary development tool.
Nice to Have:
1.
Bachelor’s
degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical experience
2.
Experience
with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
