METROLOGY TECHNICIAN

The Metrologist is in charge of the dimensional validation of tools and parts or components that are produced in the company.
Analyze part drawings of parts and/or components to be dimensioned Develop programs in coordinate measuring machine Analyze products and / or components made in the company Generate final reports for PPAP Prepare matrix for final report of dimensional inspection based on part drawing Train personnel in the use of measuring equipment Development of programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) MSA studies, RR attributes, RR of variables, MSA of destructive tests.
