Lead metrology team through use of QAF fixtures and supplier reviews to ensure zero build issues and timely supplier support/feedback and commitments are achieved.
Lead parts and system validation process for all Body geometry/vehicle fit and the variation reduction efforts for the Body Shop (Goal of achieving Vehicle EBO GA/BIW and BIW Cp/Cpk > 1.
for all critical features and sustaining those levels through product life cycle) Publish daily, weekly, monthly reports (Carpet reports, EBO and Body Cp/Cpk trend charts) Engineering degree Electronic, Mechatronic or equivalent.
5 years experience in Automotive industry.
Experience on Metrology systems and measurement equipment Problem Solver with strong analytic skills.
Strong data management skills.
Data tools knowledge to manage large amounts of data efficiently and effectively.
English written and spoken, capable to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels.
Leadership skills focused on results.
Communication and relationship skills.
