Responsibilities The Opportunity.
The Media Consumer engagement OU leads drives business unit to generate growth by transforming and modernizing the marketing practice through the adoption of technologies and processes for media and consumer engagement.
Designs, implements and directs the offline and online strategy of media, content and operations in a rapidly changing environment including social media, applications, virtual products, information management platforms for consumers, agencies and suppliers.
Keeps the organization's leadership group informed, collaborates and advises different functional areas of the company to develop new capabilities and maintain a high degree of execution.
With a transformational role, this role is responsible for the adoption of digital technologies across the spectrum of marketing to plan, activate and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize impact for brands, increase efficiency and efficacy and reduce activation cost.
This persona establishes the offline and digital strategy of the organizational unit and with the resources and commercial partners at its disposal, it is responsible for implementing it in all the communication activities of the brands.

As Media Consumer Engagement OU Lead Beverages your scope would consist of Leads the strategic planning and execution of all media plans Supports brand teams in the Total Connection Planning process, ensuring their active participation in Briefing, content development and campaign approval process Ensures campaign tracking and optimization in real time with full visibility for Brand Managers.
Ensures that all media plans are being implemented with the best media mix to accelerate the business transformation of the company and maximize ROI Responsible for developing and implementing the mechanisms to safeguard the integrity of the company, its brands and its resources in the digital sphere.
The OU media lead is responsible for defining, implementing and ensuring the adoption of the business unit's media strategy across marketing groups, agencies and all other functional areas of the value chain responsible for delivering the results.

Management of agencies and business partners Coordinate media and creative agencies to create meaningful connections with consumers and ensure excellence in execution Aligned with the regional and global strategy, leads the commercial relationship with industry experts establishing PepsiCo's digital position in the digital market before entities such as publishers (Facebook, Google, Twitter), content providers and intellectual property (TV Channels), industry chambers, agencies and media centers Media Capabilties Implements the global agenda and the Media Capabilties in the OU, making sure they are properly adopted as business as usual to take advantage of new trends and best practices in digital content and media.
Digital and First party Data Ensures that all communication projects take advantage of the collection of First, second and Thrid Pary Data, ensuring that they are actionable contacts and that they comply with all regulatory standards • Aligned with LAtam & Global strategy, this person leads the implementation of First Party Data initiatives, Loyalty and CRM programs together with brand teams Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience - More than 10 years of experience defining, directing and ensuring the adoption of media strategies, electronic commerce, new technologies and loyalty programs in world-class companies.
- Experience in mass market industries.
(retail, consumption, financial services, telecommunications) - Cultural sensitivity and international experience to lead multicultural teams due to the high dependence on foreign suppliers and the adaptation of international projects of brands and global groups to the local market.
- Disruptive person to identify new trends, opportunities and threats in terms of consumer, technology, regulatory framework and competition.
