Materials Coordinator     Your Tasks & Responsibilities Responsible to keep updated and follow up for rejection and complaints from suppliers.
Also, continuous improvement with the suppliers through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings.
Responsible for reporting forecast for the suppliers.
Responsible for the appointment system and guarantee that the information in this system is accurate and according to the Purchase Orders.
Lead the PSS activities in Planning.
Re control, Planning dashboard, outdated orders, PPA, SOTIF, Responsible for POs update in order to have actual information in SAP and other tools.
Assure a Supplier OTIF of 95% for the raw and packaging material suppliers for the Lerma Plant.
Supervise the material supplier’s performance to grant the delivery on time.
Monitor and speed up the material’s release from Quality to grant the availability for productions.
Confirm the reception of the Purchase Order by the suppliers.
Warn to the planning team about any risk in APO for materials.
Analyze and recommend actions to improve the material planning.

Special Knowledge.
SAP and MS Office.
Languages.
Spanish (Fluent), English (Intermediate).
