The Marketing Operations team is responsible for managing our marketing technology stack.
Maintaining high quality data is critical to the success of our programs and campaigns.
What you'll be doing As a Marketing Operations Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global data management processes.
Your main focus will be on improving data quality across the Marketing and GTM organizations, ensuring flawless execution of global marketing campaigns.
Perform data cleansing tasks to ensure data cleanliness.
Develop and implement data augmentation, transformation, and normalization programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data requirements and deliver integrated solutions to address cross-functional data challenges Monitor and analyze data quality performance metrics Identify areas for improvement and successfully implement data quality enhancements What you bring to the role To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in marketing operations and data management, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.
Basic Qualifications.
Education and experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field, such as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, will be considered.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Marketo and Salesforce) Advanced proficiency with Excel, advanced marketing and reporting tools, and data sets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications.
2+ years of experience in data management technique, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field Experience with data orchestration tools, such as Openprise is a plus Ability to write SQL, or interest in learning Where We Work.
