Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.based business, in most cases a law firm.

We are seeking a datadriven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for turning data into strategic marketing decisions that drive business growth.

Monthly Compensation 1,400 USD

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels e.g., digital campaigns, social media, website traffic, CRM to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting Develop and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Market Research Design and conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Optimization Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on datadriven insights. Provide recommendations for targeting, messaging, and channel selection to improve overall effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach specific audiences effectively.
Budget Management Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaboration Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and datasharing practices.
Tools Technology Utilize marketing analytics tools and software e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms to gather and analyze data.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
At least 46 years of experience in a Marketing Analyst role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.

The schedule is as follows

Monday to Friday from 830 am ESTEDT to 530 pm ESTEDT
