Participates in conducting semi-complex inspections and investigations by collecting data related to proper utilization of company labor and equipment.
Participate in manufacturing concepts such as Siemens Production System and Star Power.
Participate in Integrated Management System Program (ISO , OHSAS- and ISO ).
Perform important areas of standard professional level work that generally require processing and interpretation, more complex and less clearly defined problems.
Continuous improvement teamwork (actively participates).
Meets company objectives (KPI's).
5s + Safety and their compliance.
Participates in programs such as 5s, Kaizen and 3i.
Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills) Industrial Engineer At least 1 year of experience in the position Strong communication skills Analytical skills, very good judgement, decision making, negotiation, persuasion, people orientation.
