We are currently on the lookout for a skilled BIW Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our engineering team.
esponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for.
anufacturing Engineering in the area of Cab Body production application.
upport the ongoing process and development projects with early analyses and plan for future changes and products.
etermine operator and equipment efficiency, develop, and improve methods of the process.
upport developing work instruction/SOP's.
ommunicate the need for industrial adaptation as well as participation in specifying product requirements.
e a cohesive function for investigations.
upport and participate in method studies and method descriptions.
mplement and support product and process changes in tooling, equipment and education.

equirementsTo succeed in the BIW Manufacturing Engineer position, candidates should meet the following requirements.
achelor engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Automation/Welding.
xperience within Cab Body operations will be very greatly appreciated.
nderstanding of the Cab Body processes, like paint, BIW, Maintenance, Automation, Robot programming or industrial Project.
xperience of engineering work within automotive operations or equivalent is an advantage.
eadership skills are also meritorious.
xperience from the manufacturing industry, preferably from material, product, and process change and Lean Manufacturing is extra qualifying.
bility to organize and prioritize among complex problems.
luent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
pen-minded on other cultures, positive and flexible character.
