To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes.
Reporting to the Plastics NPI Manufacturing Coordinator, Manufacturing Engineer, role involves Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.
What a typical day looks like.
Install, modify and improve automation systems for plastic injection processes.
Implement robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the automation systems.
Failure analysis (electrical, mechanical and programming).
The experience we're looking to add to our team.
Bachelor´s degree.
Read and interpret Technical specifications.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience programming of PLCs, HMIs, Robots, Cobots.
Knowledge of sensors and vision systems programming.
Experience and knowledge in mechanical tolerances for equipment design.
Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical diagrams2D, 3D reading.
Experience in industrial, sheet metal, design to be fabricated by mechanical systems.
