Boost online sales for the En Tu Hogar Platform by creating and running effective shoppable media E-Commerce campaigns that align with the marketing plans for the entire portfolio of brands.
Job Description What are we looking for? We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager for our media team who effectively connect and engage with consumers by merging the art and science of reaching the hearts and minds.
This person will translate end-to-end (E2E) consumer journey insights into localized ecommerce plans for Mexico, incorporating a deep understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and business outcomes.
The role involves recommending DME, allocation in alignment with strategic goals, ensuring media efficiency and effectiveness, managing our ecommerce capabilities, and overseeing our portfolio.
Additionally, this person will track results, and optimize media performance to achieve the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities.
Work closely with ETH (En Tu Hogar) team to create campaigns that not only capture attention but also drive real sales increases by focusing on what customers want, ensuring attractive commercial dynamic.
Implement eCommerce strategies for the En Tu Hogar platform designed to meet specific sales goals and improve our online presence.
Innovate and collaborate with other teams to create an outstanding online shopping experience that elevates our brand presence and grows the En Tu Hogar platform.
Allocate and manage the digital budget towards performance marketing initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes that contribute to recruitment and Weekly+ OKRs, and overall digital channel success.
Leverage data strategies to enhance campaign results, ensuring that all initiatives are data-driven and result oriented.
Related Work Experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing, and media Preference for candidates with experience in retail media, shoppable media, E-commerce, and working within consumer and shopper/commercial plans.
Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams Communicating, influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders English and Spanish are required; Location.
Flexible location within Latin America countries.
