ResultsCX is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to define and execute our marketing and communication activities, aligning with our strategic marketing plan.
This role requires coordination across all marketing activities to maximize lead generation and collaboration with industry partners to enhance our service offerings.

Develop and implement a detailed marketing and communication strategy in line with the company's broader objectives.
Efficiently coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Partner with industry peers to bolster our offerings and increase market reach.
Engage clients and prospects with dynamic and creative marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value of our products and services.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and report ROI.

We are looking for someone who has.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on B2B marketing.
Experience in market research and customer insights.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in retail, media, fast growth technology or the BPO space is a plus.
Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
