What You Will Do Participate in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance and executes them.
Follow KPI;s in plant OEE, Downtime, Availability and Scrap Follow KPI’s performance - MTTR, MTBF Shop floor services with cross functional team.
Root cause Analysis for Fails and improves Responsible for the supervision of technical services.
Responsible for the safety of the work carried out by its installation suppliers, providing the required permits to carry out the work Validate the work done.
Carry out work with high quality and safety.
Answer emergency calls on your communication and / or verbal equipment Inform daily to your supervisor the work done and pending of the day.
Report any risk situation in the building equipment Anticipate the purchase of spare parts for your equipment under load Follow up on material purchase requisitions Responsible for making the tours to review the conditions of the building.
Be on time for preventive maintenance of your building equipment Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
