Responsibilities Job purpose.
Its purpose is to ensure the supply of energy, auxiliary services and security systems for all areas and processes of the plant for its operation, as well as the proper functioning and availability of the equipment that provides said auxiliary services (electrical energy, compressed air, process gases, drinking water, process water, fire system water, rainwater, dust and vapor extraction, etc.).
aintain the building, infrastructure and facilities inside and outside the warehouse in good condition (construction, roofing, lighting, drainage, toilets, offices, floors, gardening, etc.).
aintain safety systems such as.
Fire Vs System, CO2 suppression system, lightning rods, physical grounds and lightning rods, gas installations, etc.

Main responsibilities.
Ensures the supply of tools and equipment to its collaborators, to carry out their work in a safe, ergonomic and efficient manner.
Establishes KPI's and TTI's together with the Maintenance Manager, monitors and provides feedback on global and individual objectives with its collaborators.
Establishes preventive maintenance programs and routines for auxiliary services facilities and equipment, and monitors execution and compliance.
Follows up on the work performed by suppliers to guarantee the safety of contractors and plant personnel, the quality of the work, as well as compliance with the requested work on time and with the expected scope.
Keeps the quality system procedures and records updated, and ensures that its collaborators know, use and maintain them properly.
Participates with other departments in the planning, execution and monitoring of continuous improvement and environmental projects, to meet established organizational goals.
Leads teams to analyze repetitive problems and establish corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
Periodically analyzes and reports the activities and results of the area to the Maintenance Manager; Presents reports to interested areas, as well as to their work team.
Make the necessary adjustments to achieve the established objectives.

University degree, desirable.
Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer 5 years verifiable experience in a similar job position Proficiency in the English language B1 desirable   It will be highly valued to have experience in the following areas.
Mastery of industrial processes, machinery and tools.
Knowledge and experience in maintenance of auxiliary services facilities and equipment.
Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Management.
Knowledge and experience in tools for solving repetitive problems.
Knowledge in Lean Maintenance (TPM).
Knowledge of systems.
Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Industrial Electricity, Electronics Experience in maintenance management platforms Benefits.
