Responsibilities - Ensures the availability of materials, equipment, and services to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance in order to maintain asset reliability.
- Prioritizes critical activities from bad actors on the site.
- Analyzes technical data to maintain OSR, OEE, and TEEP through strategic planning.
- Stewardship of maintenance, reliability and downtime processes.
- Analyses and implements plans to avoid rework involved in maintenance.
- Reviews work orders with a focus on ensuring the work is executed with zero incidents, within cost, time, quality, and productivity parameters.
- Communication link between the operation, reliability, maintenance and procurement areas for the execution of maintenance plans according to established periods.
- Accountable for manufacturing services productivity key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the department based on organizational guidelines.
- Applies his role within the RACI model.
Qualifications Must to have -Experience developing continuous improvement plans.
- Experience in materials coordination for maintenance, from 3-10 years - Knowledge of static rotating mechanics equipment and electrical & Instrumentation - SAP Maintenance module - MS Project (intermediate).
- Develop, implement and optimize process indicators focused on productivity.
- Development of strategic plans to increase reliability and profitability of the business.
- Bilingual English-Spanish Nice to have - Focus on short, medium- and long-term results.
- Leadership and effective communication skills.
