MAINTENANCE ENGINEER INTERCABLE

Job Objective Responsible to maintain the equipment with zero downtimes, keep preventive maintenance plan and warranty safe and available installations.
Main Activities (Roles) Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for highly automated assembly lines, using best practices and benchmarking from plants in International Production Network (IPN) Project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets Keep and manage safety stock for spare parts of critical equipments under budget.
Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.
Develop training plans and provide training for repair/maintenance for Mechatronic Technicians and Process Technicians Support installation of new equipment and debugging.
Lead TPM maintenance engineering team for the VM ESP product area (maintenance engineering, skilled labor supervision/development, and spare parts/ready spare management) Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including participation in pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch Lead daily management of area using Visual Shopfloor APP and other analytics/data (such as MTTR/MTBF) to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance Qualities/Abilities Ability to negotiate with Contractors and project team.
Automation, Pneumatic & Electric Control knowledge Strategic Planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
Work under minimal supervision.
Required Knowledge Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Experience in budgeting and scheduling Maintenance Plan.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
English(Bilingual) Competencies (desirable) Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
High knowledge of PLC, hardware, software and communication protocols.
