Maintenance Engineer Iztapalapa, CDMX (On-Site) Position Summary Thales is looking for an Maintenance Engineer who is primarily responsible of the Address the corrective events efficiently and effectively in the card body area and in the Personalization Center.
Execute preventive maintenance according to the procedures and planning.
Key Areas of Responsibility Comply with Quality, Physical and Logical Security controls, and the operational controls of Health, Safety, and Environment related to your work.
Receive shift Address corrective calls Execute preventive maintenance Support via Ticket systems and constant communication with different teams Shift handover and Availability to roll shifts; Day Shift, Night Shift and Mix Shift.
Update spare parts inventory Comply with physical and logical security controls and the operational controls of Health, Safety, and Environment applicable to the activities.
Awareness of energy performance.
Minimum Qualifications Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic; mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electronic engineering or related field.
Desirable 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer or similar position.
Basic-Intermediate English.
Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction, respects procedures and instructions, resilience.

Ingeniero de Mantenimiento Iztapalapa, CDMX (Presencial) Resumen del Puesto   Thales está buscando un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento que sea principalmente responsable de atender los eventos correctivos de manera eficiente y efectiva en el área del cuerpo de la tarjeta y en el Centro de Personalización.
Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo de acuerdo con los procedimientos y la planificación.
Áreas Clave de Responsabilidad   Cumplir con los controles de Calidad, Seguridad Física y Lógica, y los controles operacionales de Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente relacionados con su trabajo.
Recibir turno Atender llamados correctivos Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos Soporte a través de sistemas de Tickets y comunicación constante con diferentes equipos Entrega de turno y disponibilidad para rolar turnos; Turno de noche, turno de día y turno mixto.
Actualizar inventario de refacciones Cumplir con los controles de seguridad física y lógica y los controles operacionales de Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente aplicables a las actividades.
Conciencia del desempeño energético Calificaciones Mínimas Título técnico en mecánica, electricidad o electrónica; ingeniería mecánica, ingeniería eléctrica o ingeniería electrónica o campo relacionado.
Deseable 3 años de experiencia como Técnico de Mantenimiento, Ingeniero de Mantenimiento o en un puesto similar.
Inglés básico-intermedio.
Fuerte comunicador y negociador, analítico, orientado a resultados, orientado al cliente, fuerte gestión del tiempo, autónomo, honesto y empático, con un fuerte enfoque en ayudar a los clientes y garantizar su satisfacción, respeta procedimientos e instrucciones, resiliencia.
