he operator’s primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission“To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time." Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructionsReview Work OrderOperate press to produce molded partsFollow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader.
isually inspect each molded part.
lip and trim molded parts.
ack molded part in boxes.
Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts.

Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.

Experience on the use of measuring tools helpfulGood Math skillsPrior manufacturing experienceSelf-motivated team playerBlueprint reading helpful Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Position has a variety of shifts.
Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours.
Required Education and Experience.
High school diploma or GED.
raining in general safetyPreferred Education and Experience.
xperience as a machine operator.

uccessful completion of a criminal background check, physical capabilities testing and a drug screen.
