rg CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Project Administrator to work in Science and Innovation Chapter in the program of Sustainable agrifood Systems.
The positions will be based at CIMMYT’s headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City, (45 minutes from Mexico City).
Specific duties.
Plan, design, execute, and monitor the activities of the technicians hired for the various projects.
Coordinate and validate the tracking of technicians' activities to ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks and project objectives.
Present reports, analyses, progress updates, and/or status of the technicians' contracts and activities in the projects, as required by the program.
Manage lifecycle contract with third parties.
Manage project grants from the signing of the agreement through to project closure and/or renewal, ensuring the delivery of agreed outputs and compliance with established processes.
Review and analyze the financial and technical reports of grant-funded projects to ensure compliance with donor requirements, as needed.
Present reports, analyses, and/or status updates on the various stages of grant management and technician contracts, as required by the program.
Manage and process grant payments through the 365 module and other financial management systems.
Provide administrative guidance and support to involved staff, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Review and analyze the financial and technical reports of project grants to ensure they meet the requirements set by CIMMYT and the donors.
Contribute to the visibility of CIMMYT's administrative processes, partnerships, and impacts.
