We are currently searching for a Sealing & LASD Specialist.
Responsibilities.
Oversee and optimize the application processes of sealing and Liquid Applied Sound Deadener (LASD) materials within a vehicle manufacturing plant.
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sealing and LASD applications.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to identify areas for improvement in sealing and LASD applications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of sealing and LASD processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Technology, Paint Technology, or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of Paint Shop processes, including sealing, painting, and waxing automation.
Expertise in interior and exterior sealing, underbody (UB) sealing and spray, hemflange sealing, roof ditch sealing, and rocker panel sealing.
Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
