We are currently searching for a LTS Manufacturing Engineer - Automation.
Responsibilities.
Develop, implement, and optimize automation systems within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of paint shop processes at PTCED & Top coat, Sealing & Painting automations with the latest technologies.
Understand Paint & Sealer distribution systems with all control parameters required for quality output of the product.
Handle FTGs related to automation and manage procurement processes.
Manage process change and implement effective change management strategies.
Benchmark automation technologies, focusing on world-class product quality, energy efficiency, and footprint reduction.
Optimize painting robot stations for paint brush parameters to achieve the best paint finish and sealer parameters optimization.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, focusing on automation systems.
Knowledge in paint shop processes, particularly Sealing, Painting, and Automation technologies.
Experience in process change management and automation procurement.
Desired.
Familiarity with world-class product quality standards, energy efficiency, and footprint reduction strategies.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
