Communicate effectively with drivers and clients, sending necessary documentation such as Bills of Lading and confirming delivery schedules.
Enter and manage logistics data in our system, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date information.
Provide quotes and tracking information to clients, focusing on prompt and reliable customer service.
Handle basic customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments.
Ideally, manage appointments and deliveries specifically related to Amazon, leveraging any existing knowledge of Amazon’s logistics software and processes.
The Profile Qualifications.
Proven experience in logistics and transportation, particularly within the domestic (U.
.) market.
Strong familiarity with the logistics needs of major clients like Amazon, including appointment scheduling and delivery management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing customer relations.
Ability to quickly adapt to new software systems; prior knowledge of Amazon logistics software is preferred but not required.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically under pressure.
