Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for Sales and Solutions in the Electrification Distributions Solutions division in Germany.
You will work closely with project management, management and other functions in the project business from the offer phase to project completion.
Your tasks will include helping to shape the division as a commercial person and providing both operational and strategic support.
- Carrying out planning, management and control tasks according to financial and business objectives - Advising and supporting the management team and the employees of the departments to be supported on financial and business management issues and topics - Analyzing business events from a controlling perspective, identifying alternatives and recommending suitable solutions -Implementing new business management processes (e.

cost recording, budgeted cost accounting, operational accounting) and developing and coordinating improvements, including monitoring their introduction - Implementation of period planning (services, costs) according to production program, investment planning, capacity planning and tariff development - Analyzing conspicuous issues in coordination with specialist departments, quantifying deviations, proposing solutions - Preparation of regular reports on sales, costs, key figures and coordination of results and measures Qualifications for the role Successfully completed (technical) university degree in business administration, economics/engineering or similar First relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production/industrial environment Knowledge of HGB, US GAAP and IFRS Fluent written and spoken German and English Strong analytical mindset paired with strong communication skills, high team spirit and cross-interface thinking and acting What's in it for you?
