We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Lifestyle Coach to join our remote team.
As a Lifestyle Coach, you will work with clients virtually to help them create balanced, fulfilling lives by providing guidance in areas such as goal setting, time management, personal growth, wellness, and productivity.
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a background in coaching or counseling, and a genuine desire to empower others to achieve their best selves.
ey Responsibilities.
Client Coaching.
Conduct one-on-one video coaching sessions via Zoom, Skype, or other virtual platforms.
Focus on goal-setting, personal growth, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining a positive mindset.
Develop Actionable Plans.
Collaborate with clients to identify their goals (health, career, relationships, personal development) and create actionable, personalized plans for progress and accountability.
Provide Ongoing Support.
Offer regular check-ins and follow-ups, adjusting coaching strategies as needed to meet each client's evolving needs and challenges.
Track Client Progress.
Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes.
Provide regular feedback and assessments to clients on their development.
Motivation & Mindset Coaching.
Help clients overcome procrastination, negative thinking, and self-doubt.
Build confidence, resilience, and motivation.
Wellness Guidance.
Provide basic advice on nutrition, exercise, and self-care techniques.
Encourage healthy habits that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
onfidentiality & Ethics.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical coaching practices in all interactions.
Qualifications.
trong Communication Skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and offer insightful feedback.
Empathy & Emotional Intelligence.
A deep understanding of human behavior, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with clients remotely.
Tech-Savvy.
Comfortable using video conferencing tools, client management software, and other digital resources for remote coaching.
Self-Motivated.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet client deadlines without direct supervision.
Preferred Skills.
Background in psychology, counseling, or other mental health professions.
xperience with wellness and fitness coaching (optional but beneficial).
amiliarity with remote work tools (e.
., Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, coaching platforms like Coach Accountable, etc.).
