With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Lifeguard to join the OneOnly Palmilla Family.

Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible of the equipment of water activity area
Responsible of the safety and security measures on pools and Beaches
Welcome guests to the facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Ensure guests are aware of all recreational services and activities available
Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest
Report for duty on time and in appropriate uniform.
Collect beach towels as require.
Walk the beach and pool area periodically to inquire safety and security and if our guest would require any of the water sports equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the area throughout the day.

Qualifications
Previous guest service experience preferred
Certified swimmer
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
English fluency and good written
Scuba diving certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
Highly responsible reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position includes but are not limited to
Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Security Supervisors
