PURPOSE OF THE ROLE •To act as legal business partner to the HR; Finance, Tax Teams with responsibility for delivering timely, competent, and efficient legal services.
•To provide legal counsel and advice to the HR team on regards labour matters, including la to pro-actively scan for legal risks to identify, avoid, mitigate, or manage them and drive proactive response to labour  trends which may affect the business.
•To act as the local legal point of contact to the HR team on regards labour litigation, conciliation process, alimony and labour judicial agreements execution, cross BU´s •To provide legal support for the obtention of the REPSE permit and to all the local team on the thisrd parties REPSE permits.
•To act as local point of contact to the Finance and Tax local team to support and work effectively for any.
•Intercompany agreement, to provide legal documents and information required by the tax authorities, •To manage all local corporate matters, POA, proxies and minutes of the shareholders meetings, rendering all necessary legal/ Secretarial services and advising on compliance by the meetings with applicable laws and regulations.
•To provide effective interaction with, and management of external counsel and other third parties as relevant for national legal topics •To manage and support and act as local point of contact for all civil and commercial litigation cross BU.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Labour  Advisory •In consultation with the General Counsel Mexico, to provide legal advice on individual and collective labour matters.
•Provide guidance on the appropriate steps to obtain the renewal of the REPSE permits for UL legal entities.
•Legal support for those third parties that render specialized services and require a REPSE permit.
Labour contracts and documentation •Participate in the negotiation, drafting/review, and approval of all material contracts on regards labour and/or employees matters.
•Ensure that contracts are properly documented, executed, and recorded for safekeeping.
Legal compliance •Monitor changes to labour law and promptly inform all relevant Teams of the changes and provide suggestions on how to meet any change in the legal requirements.
•Ensure that all permits, licences, and the like are valid and that conditions are complied with.
Litigation support •Be actively involved in potential labour litigation and ensure that that the company is protected.
General Legal duties •Assist, coordinate and be involved in mergers, disposals, strategic alliances, acquisitions of Unilever companies or joint ventures on regards labour matters •Maintain good relationships with central and local government authorities and agencies that are relevant to labour matters, and which are within the remit of the legal department.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS Proven knowledge and experience in labour practice.
Good understanding and working knowledge of corporate law, Mexico´s laws and regulations, company secretary experience and related disciplines.
Ability to co-ordinate transactional work.
Good team player having ability to work as a business Partner within legal and with other sub-regional and regional lawyers.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Negotiation skills.
Good Analytical skills Attention to details Necessary Experience & Qualifications   At least 2-3 years relevant post-call experience.
